Experience a deeply restorative evening of floating sound immersion, designed to guide the nervous system into profound relaxation while you float effortlessly beneath the night sky at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental.

Led by Letizia Silvestri, Board-Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Sound Healer, founder of ALTHA, this special session combines therapeutic sound frequencies with gentle hypnotic guidance to create a state of deep calm, mental clarity, and inner stillness.

Using a carefully curated blend of crystal alchemy bowls, Tibetan bowls, water-resonant instruments, and soothing rhythmic soundscapes, the session works to slow brainwave activity, release stored tension, and support emotional and physical reset, all while you remain comfortably and completely dry on your floating bed.

Before you book:

• This session is suitable for all levels.
• Kindly inform the facilitators of any injury, illness or pregnancy prior to the session.
• During the floating sound session you will remain completely dry - please wear anything light-weight and comfortable.
• Please bring in a light sweater or blanket to cover up during the sound meditation and a small pillow if you wish to feel extra cosy on the floatie.
