Your sound journey is led by Brendon's voice. Every IMD sound journey was made by Brendon, the founder.

He built the music and the sound, and chose the breathing - and his is the voice you hear guiding you the whole way through.

This voice is recorded. The same journey, made with care, every single time.

In the space, a trained facilitator is with you.

They don't talk over the journey, Brendon's recorded voice guides the breathing, so the facilitator can give their full attention to you.

It's the best of both: a sound journey built and voiced by Brendon, and a real person holding the space.

Complimentary valet parking available.
