10:00 – 11:00 am: Breakfast

11:00 am onwards: Pool & Beach access

• Complimentary valet parking available.
• This session is suitable for all levels.
• Kindly inform the facilitators of any injury, illness or pregnancy prior to the session.
• Sun loungers are included as per availability, however, they cannot be reserved prior to use under any circumstances.
